Our team lead, Rachel Hammer, has professional training in conflict resolution and suicide prevention as well as a background in psychology. Rachel, Dana, Christina, and Krista are all Certified Negotiation Experts.

We provide objective responses to emotional circumstances, sensitivity during times of duress, and the capacity to mediate between clients with disparate goals.
