Dearest Friends,

As 2019 draws to a close, we reflect on what made this year so special. Our team has experienced growth over the past year, as well as new challenges that come with the ever-changing real estate market. We'd like to take a moment to celebrate some of the highlights of 2019:

We hosted three client appreciation events this year, including an exclusive event at Rideau Carleton Raceway.
Our team raised awareness for youth homelessness and challenged ourselves with YSB SleepOUT. We even exceeded our fundraising goal!
We set new record sale prices throughout Ottawa, including one sale $150,000 over asking price.
This year we sold five (yes, five) homes on one street alone!
We gave away nearly $200 worth of $10 gift cards to clients and friends who referred our services to their friends and family.
Our Back-to-School contest gave some lucky winners a shopping spree! Be sure to follow our Facebook business page if you don't want to miss next year's contests and games.
We were able to sponsor youth hockey and ringette teams, school fundraisers, mental health, and more, to give back to our clients and community.
We achieved the top award at Royal LePage for 2019! Out of 18,000 Realtors, only 90 were fortunate to achieve this award. We did it!
