We had the opportunity to visit Calgary for the Royal LePage National Conference this past month. It was an honour to be part of 50 agents representing our Ottawa offices and to learn amongst 1000 agents from across Canada. As always, our CEO and President Phil Soper reinforced what we already knew, Royal LePage is a trusted leader in Real Estate and the best company to work for.

In a proud moment for our team, Rachel had the honour of presenting at this event in Calgary, where she shared insights on the vital role that reputation plays in the real estate industry. Rachel emphasized that success isn’t just measured by the trust and relationships we build with our clients but also by the respect and recognition we earn from our peers. Maintaining a strong reputation within the industry is crucial, as it reflects the professionalism, integrity, and commitment that define our team's approach to real estate. We're thrilled to have Rachel represent us and showcase the values that set us apart!

While at the conference, we were also actively building connections with Realtors, expanding a trusted referral network across Canada. This ensures that when our clients move, we can confidently connect them with professionals we’ve personally met. Though it’s always bittersweet to see our friends go, we’re proud to support their journey across the country.

Lastly, we had the opportunity to enjoy some of the best experiences this year’s conference had to offer, including a lively Stampede Pancake Breakfast, a fun-filled Purses & Playlist Bingo, an exciting Poker Night, a thrilling East vs West Hockey game, and a relaxing spa day at the base of the majestic Rocky Mountains.
