It feels good to start the new year with success! The rachelhammer.com team is a Chairman's Club Award winner for 2019, an honour reserved for the top one percent of Royal LePage Realtors in Canada. Our team won this award based on the number of homes sold (153rd in Canada) and the value of gross commissions earned (170th in Canada). Only 90 people out of 18,500 Realtors won in both categories. This award comes with the opportunity to attend the Chairman's Club Retreat, to learn more about best practices in our constantly changing industry. We're pleased to say that Rachel is headed to Portugal!

Aggregate Ottawa home price to cross $500K in 2020, Royal LePage predicts

The aggregate price of a home in Ottawa is set to rise at a faster rate than the rest of Canada, according to the latest projections from real estate firm Royal LePage. Comparing estimates for the fourth quarter of the year, the aggregate price of a home in the capital is expected to rise 4.5 per cent year-over-year.
