Halloween is almost upon us, and we'd like to wish you a safe and fun night of trick-or-treating! Remember to bring your flashlight, dress for the weather, and always stick with a buddy or group. Have you carved your pumpkins yet? We've shared a printable stencil for jack-o-lantern carving below.

We also have a fun announcement to make: we’re raffling off two passes to the Nordik thermal baths (including robe rental), towels and water bottles! One hundred percent of the money raised from the raffle will be donated to the Youth Services Bureau's SleepOut 2019, a fundraiser in support of homeless youth in Ottawa.
