September 2016 - Happy to be apart of the Royal LePage family!

Dear Friends,

Hope you are all enjoying the amazing September we have been experiencing; the kids are back to school and it certainly looks as though 2016 will end up a great year. One of the most memorable experiences I can confidently say will center around our participation last week in Las Vegas for our first national real estate conference hosted by none other than Royal LePage.

As many of you know, when Dana and I decided to move to Royal LePage 18 months ago from our time with Coldwell Banker, we were looking for a company that would not only enable us to continue doing what we love but more importantly have the means to assist us in getting even better at what we do. In our first year we surpassed our goals and doubled our team. Now in 2016, we experienced something at Royal LePage that neither of us expected - we became part of a family. Over five days, we met many incredibly smart and talented realtors from all across Canada, we heard their perspectives on their local markets, discussed current issues and predictions and what I found most interesting, de-mystified many media reports about the real estate market in Canada.

It became very clear that Royal LePage is Canada's real estate company! Not only are we surrounded by the best professionals but we are also supported by powerful and highly respected leaders. I cannot begin to express the pride I have in working for a company that raised over $100,000 for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation in one evening last week. This is just one example of a family coming together and doing the right thing. So many memorable experiences were had, and Dana and I return to the office with a wealth of knowledge and a connection to a professional network of like-minded realtors anywhere in Canada.

So, if you are thinking of a cottage in Muskoka or Tremblant, a small place for your kids moving out to university in Guelph, Newfoundland or Winnipeg, an investment in Toronto or relocating for work just about anywhere - we know a great agent there who will promise to take good care of you, like family. Just give us a call!

From my family to yours, enjoy the rest of the great weather, the busy Fall market and the continued trust in our brand - helping YOU is what WE do!

Sincerely

Rachel Hammer    &    Dana Palombo

We were very impressed with Dana's professionalism and her endeavours to look after her clients needs. We came to Ontario from another province as a result of a government relocation. We had particular needs as our family could not move all at once. Dana was remarkably patient and constantly looked after our best interest, even if it meant walking out of a deal if conditions were not favourable to us. Thank you Dana for your kindness, professionalism & devotion to your client.
