Protecting Buyers and Sellers from Unethical Realtors

Dearest Friends,

Spring is finally upon us, and with the warm weather comes the year's busiest time for real estate. It's easy to get caught up on the whirlwind of a hot market, which is why it's important to work with a realtor who has your best interests at heart.

This month, Rachel was interviewed by Rep Magazine about the need for stronger regulations within the real estate industry. Changes to the rules governing professional conduct would penalize a handful of realtors with unethical business practices, improving protections for buyers and sellers alike.

Our team values ethical, compliant business practices, which is why we support tougher enforcement of industry regulations. We believe that our regulator, the Real Estate Council of Ontario, should have the authority to investigate and ban the few bad offenders who are operating today.
