January 2019 - We're Celebrating Success

January is a time to look to the future, but this month our team spent an evening reflecting on the successes of the past. 

The rachelhammer.com team is a Red Diamond Award winner for 2018, an honour reserved for the top two percent of Royal LePage Realtors in Canada. We couldn’t have done it without you, our wonderful clients, and we look forward to repeating our success this year. 

We hit 2019 with a running start, and we're so excited about what's happening in real estate this year. Low inventory is keeping real estate prices strong, and we've seen a rise in the popularity of condominiums. Even as the cold weather settles in, some types of properties will always be red hot. 

If you've been thinking of buying, you don't have to wait for spring to make your next move. In fact, buying in winter could mean a faster closing and a better opportunity to negotiate.
