Dear Friends,
I would like to take the opportunity in this month’s e-newsletter to thank you all for your continued support and business throughout the last year. It has been an interesting year, lots of adventures and experiences. I enjoyed each day to the fullest and I can’t tell you how fortunate I am to work with so many people who now have become such good friends of mine today.
It is with great appreciation to each of you who have referred your friends and family to my services, without your referrals I would not be where I am today, and I can’t thank you enough for that. I am never too busy to assist you, your friends and family in any real estate questions or concerns, as I love what I do and do what I love, and it’s to great people like you that make that happen for me.
So, a big hug to you and I wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a wonderful holiday season. May the New Year bring us all lots of love, peace and happiness!
All the best and looking forward to re-connecting with you in 2014!
With all my love…
Sincerely

12 Tips for Holiday Home Safety
As you're sprucing up your home this season, keep an eye out for these common holiday trip-ups, fire hazards, and other safety snafus.
1. Merry and Bright: Carefully inspect holiday light strings each year and discard any with frayed cords, cracked lamp holders, or loose connections. When replacing bulbs, unplug the light string and be sure to match voltage and wattage to the original bulb.
2. Lights Out: Always turn off holiday lights when you leave the house unattended or when going to bed.
3. Fresh Is Best: Try to purchase a freshly cut tree, as they are more resistant to ignition. Keep your Christmas tree watered and away from open candles.
4. Timing Is Everything: Use an outdoor timer certified by CSA International to switch lights on and off. Lights should be turned on after 7 p.m. to avoid the electricity rush hour.
