I’m Krista, nice to meet you!

I always knew that I would pursue Real Estate as a career when the timing was right for me and my family. I have spent many years browsing through online listings and visiting model homes. I had the amazing opportunity to work on designing a custom home for my family, an experience I truly loved and will never forget. 

Real Estate is about building relationships. I have invested my career in helping people confidently understand their wants and needs in order to develop a lifelong relationship of trust.

While working in social services and the developmental services sector, I developed strong people skills that have prepared me for building a rapport with people, whether it’s first time home buyers, investors or families in transition. I am always excited to work with people to determine their needs, wants and confidently assist them through the journey of achieving their real estate dreams!

My Background

I have over 20 years of experience working as a manager in social services with high-risk youth and adults with disabilities. After graduating with a correctional worker diploma, I began working with adolescents, and by 19 years old, had four foster children living with me. I moved on from working with teens after 17 years and began supporting people who experience disabilities, helping them find employment and building social enterprises to develop their skills. 

My experiences along the way included managing a wood shop, a pottery studio, a restaurant, lawn care business, and even a print shop. Seeing someone succeed at something they, and many times those around them, never thought possible, was the best part of my days in social services.   

I met Rachel as I completed my journey to become a licensed REALTOR^®, and I immediately knew that my visions and goals aligned perfectly with Rachel’s team—putting the client’s needs and interests first above all else.

I love shoes, country music, entertaining, and cooking (especially for others)! I also have an exceptional memory when it comes to the finest details.
