Job Description

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our award-winning team. If you have experience converting leads into clients, negotiating on behalf of buyers and sellers, and are familiar with the Ottawa market, we’d like to hear from you. We are open to newer licensed agents as well who are open to mentorship programs. We’re looking for good people skills, active communication skills, and a willingness to learn the technologies we use to keep our team running smoothly. Strong base knowledge regarding mortgage financing, school zones, and home ownership is essential to success in this role. A successful applicant will work primarily with buyers, and provide occasional support to sellers.

What we look for:

• A valid Ontario real estate license in good standing, with 1-7years sales experience or a newly licensed sales representative looking for a mentorship program in the field.
• A strong work ethic and drive for success

• The ability to handle multiple clients at once
