January 2018 - Welcome Joy Neville

Dearest Friends,

This month I am excited to share with you the changes that have taken place within our team.

During the last several months we have been exploring how we can improve upon  our real estate services, how we can market your home to its fullest potential and how we can help buyers find  homes that are not even on the market yet! By offering more experience, expertise and continuing to provide the care you deserve with your real estate investment, we have designed a new plan to make your experience with us even better!

As our goal is always to meet and exceed your expectations and to earn your trust by referring us to your friends and family, our model is not based on mass advertising but on quality service and offering you professionals you can trust.

Our team has grown and changed. We are pleased to welcome new staff and new positions on the team to improve our services for you. We are proud to see our senior Real Estate Broker,  Dana Palombo, move into the position of Listing & Business Manager. Overseeing and maintaining our highest standard in service will be a main goal of Dana’s new role and we are thrilled to have her work along with Trudy to maintain our efficiency and standards.

We are thrilled to welcome Joy Neville to the sales team. Born and raised in St. John’s Newfoundland, Joy has been a Sales Representative with Royal LePage since 2006, and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience with selling not only residential homes and condominiums but also farms, lots, acres and hobby farms. Christina, Joy and myself are excited to expand our sales service to offer even more opportunities with real estate in Ottawa and the surrounding areas than ever before!

Contact us, refer your friends and family, know that we are here and ready to make 2018 our best year yet. With your help we hope to achieve our mission!

Sincerely,

Rachel, Dana, Chris, and Joy

We were most surprised with the level of effort, thought and discussion that went into strategizing and consideration of options for selling regarding timing, pricing and support with negotiation. We were amazed when they stepped up to deal with a last minute issue from the inspection in order to keep the sale going.
