I love working in real estate because it combines my passion for helping people with my life-long interest in where we live, and why. As a child I was enthralled with real estate ads and thought everyone appeared to love what they were doing. Little did I know that I would have the privilege of working in this industry and love going to work every day.
I work with buyers to find the right home for their needs, and also work with sellers to achieve mass appeal for their home based on what buyers are currently looking for. I use my in-depth knowledge of Ottawa’s neighborhoods, communities, and real estate market to help my clients achieve their goals.

Background
Christina has a degree in sociology from the University of Western Ontario and a diploma in marketing from St. Lawrence College, Kingston. She has worked for the Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation and has a background in advertising as an Account Manager. Her experience has given her a strong sense of the local real estate market, enabling her to accurately determine the fair value of a property under current market conditions. As a Broker with Royal LePage Team Hammer & Associates, licenced since 2012, she maintains strong working relationships with many Realtors across Ottawa, and is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert. Each day she works toward her clients’ best interests with tenacity and resourcefulness, while maintaining respect for fellow Realtors and other professionals.
